My experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was memorable because that sales lady Gina was excellant and very helpful from start to pick up.Gina was very informative and friendly throughout our visits,we chatted about other general things aswell very lovely lady only wanted to deal with her for the buying of our new vehicle.

I'd endorse Sandles Car Supermarket because although I went to pick up my new car , I was informed that, as a courtesy they had changed the front brake discs and pads, which was an added bonus. However less than an hour later and a few miles away from the dealership, I was forced to pull over with smoke issuing and an acrid smell coming from the near side front wheel. This turned out to be a seized brake calliper , which was a bit of a surprise on a recently serviced vehicle. I immediately called Sandles and invoked their 3000 mile or 3 month warranty ( luckily 20 miles and 1 hour fell within my warranty period). Within an hour they had sent somebody out to take the vehicle and provide me with a courtesy car. I used this for several days until my repaired vehicle was delivered to my house complete with yet another set of discs and pads and a new calliper, all free of charge. Not a good start but Sandles took ownership of the problem and rectified it speedily and at their expense. No hint of wriggling out of the issue and I’ll be happy to deal with them again.

My experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was memorable because it was non pressurised while viewing the car and you could wander the site viewing all the cars with out being chased about. Lloyd was excellent giving us time to view and test drive and made the whole process easy. Everything well explained and buying was an enjoyable stress free experience. At the time of this survey I would say we would def use Lloyd and sandles again.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Gina was knowledgable, friendly and really efficient at answering all our needs! We bought two cars from Sandles previously and this experience was simply amazing. Gina made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Offer a very good PX on my old car and price negotiation was fair. Gina was very helpful and professional throughout and the follow up email was appreciated. I will definitely use them for future purchases and recommend to friends and family.

Alex at Sandles was very friendly and professional. He took photos of areas of concern on the vehicle before I travelled to the store and answered all concerns. I highly recommend them and will visit again sometime for the next car.

I'd recommend Sandles Car Supermarket because of the way in which both my wife and I created in the first instance, keys to the car that we fancied were offered without question. The test drive was longe enough to confirm purchase. My wife and i were passed on to 'Gina' straight away; drinks were offered and taken up. Explanation of documentation followed. A good part exchange offer was made on our part exchange that we accepted. Other extras were offered and explained and accepted. A hand over date was provided and accepted. 'Gina' was on hand at the day and time of acceptance. Again drinks were offered and accepted. The hand over proceed with and documents completed. I have experienced a few car selling and purchases in my life, i would say that this has been the best experience yet. "Gina' the Sales Executive was great, very kind and understanding and works hard at her job. What a great Sales Executive that Sandles have in Gina.

Sandles Car Supermarket were fantastic because every time you walk in the showroom all staff have got the time for you,Lloyd the guy dealing with us was just brilliant,he kept in touch with both me and my husband via phone calls and emails,he was just brilliant with us,sorted the finance out and explained the different finance and how it works,he was so approachable and easy to talk to,this is the second car we have had from Sandles and now we eoukd t go anywhere else,thankyou.
