" I was happy with the service at Sandles Car Supermarket because both Alex and Aaron were really patient with me. They both allowed me space to view the cars and come to a decision on my own terms. I was a little disappointed on pick up of the car as the interior had not been valeted it was in exactly the same state as it was when I viewed it, however that standard was good. They missed marks on the glass roof inside and also a sesame seed stuck on the dashboard. Both were present on viewing . If I'm honest I was not happy with the choice of gravel is used on the lot as it could be causing unnecessary stone chips on the cars, well that was my thought anyway. Also a car I wanted to view was parked close to a drain. I'm fussy so was focused on checking an alloy wheel and as I stood back I ended up slipping into said drain spraining my ankle pretty bad. Could be filled or maybe fenced off. I will go to specsavers too! Over all though a positive experience. All members of staff I dealt with went above and beyond to help. "

" It's not often that you are in the position of buying the car you have always wanted and so when you do, you want to buy it from somewhere reputable and at the right price. After lots of research I chose Sandles Car Supermarket as they had a good range to look at and at a good price. The dealership is well presented and cars organised for you to look easily at what you are looking for. It's little things like nice toilets and being offered a drink when you have travelled for a distance that help look after you as a customer too. Alex, the salesperson we dealt with, was excellent. He was helpful and made the buying process an enjoyable experience. There was no pushy sales, just helpful and supportive customer service. We had plenty of time to look over the car with freedom. The cars were well presented and in a good condition and a good price. When we collected the car we had purchased, Alex took time to explain the car and help with any practicalities, especially as it was our first electric car. It was not a local dealership to us, but it was well worth the trip and I will recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended. "

" Sandles Car Supermarket were great because, you have the opportunity to view and compare many different types of vehicles in one place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly from Reception staff to Sales staff. " I must admit to being slightly apprehensive when I found the best car to suit my requirements but it was listed on a site that described itself as a 'Supermarket'. This, to me, conjured up an image of a large, on line based seller, probably turning over a very large number of vehicles with minimal customer service and quality control but very competitive prices. It was only because the car was exactly what I wanted that I looked deeper into the company. I then realised that Sandals is the complete opposite to what I imagined, being a family run business with many members of the family actively involved in the running of it. The initial phone call was met with a friendly and efficient conversation from both the reception desk and the Sales Executive, Gina, so I arranged a visit for a test drive. The test drive was very flexible with me being allowed complete access to the car for as long as I wished. I asked for accompaniment during the drive to prevent getting lost. I noticed a significant sized chip in the windscreen and asked what the proposed solution would be, fully expecting this to develop into a sticking point. Far from it, it was agreed that a new windscreen would be fitted. The MOT had five months to run so again, while I fully expected to have to accept this, I was informed that a new 12 month MOT certificate would be issued. The only downside was having to wait almost two weeks to collect the car although, when I discovered I could get a lift a couple of days earlier, the workshop kindly prepared the vehicle earlier for me. You can tell this is a well run business the second you walk through the door, everyone is friendly, smiling and happy to help, even to the point of sorting out the coffee machine. Gina is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to the point that nothing is too much trouble for her and helped make the process of buying the car a pleasure. The bottom line is that this is completely unlike any supermarket I have ever experienced, thank goodness. "
